At Traveloplans, we aim to make your travel booking experience smooth, transparent, and secure. This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, refunds, post-ticketing service fees, and special conditions. 1. Refund Eligibility
A. Cancellations by Customers
1. Refundable Deposits:
Deposits are eligible for a full refund if canceled at least 90 days before departure, unless stated as non-refundable at the time of booking.
2. Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services, like some promotional airfares, hotel deals, or tour packages, may be strictly non-refundable. This will be clearly noted at checkout.
3. Refund Requests Within 90 Days:
Cancellations made within 90 days of departure are subject to the policies of the airline, hotel, or provider. Some may offer partial refunds, credits, or charge penalties.
B. Cancellations by Traveloplans
1. Provider-Initiated Cancellations:
If your booking is canceled or significantly changed by Traveloplans due to provider issues or technical reasons, we will offer you suitable alternatives or refund the affected portion of your purchase.
2. Force Majeure Events:
Events such as natural disasters, strikes, public health emergencies, or political unrest may affect service. Refunds or credits will be issued according to the policies of the involved travel provider.

How to Request a Refund

- Include your booking ID, full name, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documents (e.g., medical certificate).
Processing Time
- Refunds will be initiated within 5–10 business days after receiving a complete request.
- Final credit to your account depends on the bank or third-party payment processor and may take longer.
Refund Method
- All refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
- Payments made via third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal, Klarna) may involve extended processing times depending on their policies.
3. Post-Ticketing Service Fees
Traveloplans charges service fees for post-booking changes, cancellations, or refund processing. These are non-refundable, even if the travel provider rejects the request.

Note:
- Service fees apply to both electronic and paper tickets.
- Paper tickets are issued only if e-ticketing is unavailable or upon customer request.
- Shipping is handled via FedEx or equivalent courier. We cannot deliver to PO or APO boxes. Customers using PO/APO addresses must provide a valid physical address.

4. Refund Alternatives & Special Cases
A. Travel Credits
When cash refunds are not available, eligible bookings may be converted to travel credits valid for future use, depending on the provider’s terms.
B. No-Show Bookings
Failure to cancel or inform us before departure will result in no refund eligibility. Always notify us in advance if your plans change.
C. Partially Used Services
Partially used services like hotel nights or multi-leg flight tickets may be refunded only for the unused portion–subject to provider approval.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
Currency and Exchange Rates:
Refunds for international transactions will be based on the currency exchange rate at the time of processing. Traveloplans is not responsible for variations due to bank or card issuer charges.
Documentation Requirements:
Customers are responsible for holding valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visas). Refunds will not be issued for denied boarding or cancellations due to missing documentation.
Non-Transferable Bookings:
All bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Changes to passenger names or trip details must go through Traveloplans and may incur additional fees.
6. Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly encourage all customers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. It can protect you against losses due to trip cancellation, delay, health emergencies, lost baggage, and more. Traveloplans is not liable for events outside our control that may affect your travel plans.
